SILVERBURN shopping mall in Glasgow has won an Ace award.
It is the first mall in Scotland to win a coveted achieving customer excellence (Ace) award for the third time.
The industry gong comes from the British Council of Shopping Centres. The mall also won a safer parking accreditation for the seventh consecutive year.
Silverburn general manager David Pierotti said: "To be the only Scottish mall to have received the Ace award for a third time pays homage to all the hard work that goes into ensuring our visitors enjoy coming to the mall."
