A DAY of bright spring sunshine sparked this pram parade in the city's Kelvingrove Park.
And, just like today, every mum wanted the latest perambulator.
Looking left to right, there is everything on show from swish, coach-built Silver Cross prams through to more old-fashioned bassinet-style designs.
And the sun must have been strong; why else would some of the mums have draped their baby's prams in blankets to keep off the rays.
And you just know that, despite all the billing and cooing going on over the babies, each mum was silently thinking to herself: "My wee one's the best looking wean here."
It's strange to think that the wee ones lying swaddled in these prams will now all be around 60-years-old, and most likely busy dealing with their own grandkids.
