THE recent fire at the Glasgow School of Art has released a flood of memories from readers, but we wonder if any of them are in this picture.
The GSA isn't just home to older art students, it has also always encouraged the talents of the city's pint-sized Picassos and dabbling Dalis through its Saturday morning art classes.
While most of the little ones didn't go on to have careers in the arts, thanks to the dedication of their tutors they all grew up to have a lifelong love of painting and drawing.
When some critics look at a piece of modern art and huff that 'a five-year-old could have done better', who knows, perhaps the work was done by one of these talented tots.
Thankfully, the GSA still runs Saturday and summer courses for young artists.
