Let's face of it most of us are rubbish at baking.

We watch the Great British Bake Off because we envy their talent and we like to salviate over the delicious offering.

But when your baking sets of fire alarms instead of getting Mary Berry's seal of approval...it is time to hit the shops.

Here is our guide on how to cheat your way to a Great British Bake Off party with a list of the best places selling baked goods in Glasgow.

You will thank us when you settle down to watch the final on Wednesday with a delicious piece of cake and a cup of tea.
