MADCHESTER legend Ian Brown visited a Merchant City restaurant yesterday during a trip to the city.
The Stone Roses frontman posed for a picture in Bar Soba, which also has restaurants in the city centre and West End.
The visit comes ahead of the Stone Roses Hampden gig next month on June 24.
Scots rockers Primal Scream provide support.
The restaurant posted: "Ian Brown is mad fer Gyoza! Thanks to the Stone Roses' main man for visiting us today. Looking forward to the band playing Hampden in June!"
