THE fourth annual Glasgow Airport Awards saw more than 500 staff turn out for a glittering evening.
Held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, the was ceremony introduced in 2013 to celebrate Glasgow’s success and pay tribute to the hard work put in by more than 5000 people day in, day out.
As well as staff from Glasgow Airport Ltd, the evening was attended by employees from the travel hub’s airline, retail, catering and supplier partners.
Eleven awards were up for grabs including Airline of the Year and the Airport’s Unsung Hero.
A series of raffles raised almost £3000 for British Heart Foundation Scotland – the chosen charity of the airport’s Chaplain Keith Banks.
