Having fairly long eyelashes, I can usually get away with wearing most brands of mascara with effective results. The one thing I look out for is flakiness, or residue coming off throughout the day, and my most hated feature of all – clumps.
This latest gem from Yves Saint Lauren didn’t miss the mark in any way, and gave my lashes an added volume boost. It promises to give its wearer “dramatic volume” in a “shocking overload of black”, creating a false lash effect. It does this and more.
The brush is made up of tiny bristles designed to coat each lash evenly with colour, while lengthening, and the thinner end makes it easy to apply on the hard-to-reach inner and outer lashes.
Not only does it boost volume and length, but stays like this for hours. With a price tag of £23, I think it’s worth the investment.
