I LOVE Jo Malone at the best of times so when I was offered the chance to try the Lime, Basil and Mandarin exfoliating shower gel there was never going to be any doubt as to my answer!
I'm familiar with the scent - as it's a firm favourite of my mum - and the shower gel didn't disappoint.
It was fresh and zesty, without being overpowering, and the bathroom smelt wonderful for ages.
I was concerned it might be a little 'grainy' as it's exfoliating but it's a smooth gel and lathers up well, leaving my skin feeling soft and energised.
The scent lasts for ages so a little certainly goes a long way.
My only quibble is with the packaging - I expected it to be in a nice glass bottle like the perfumes - or at least a perspex one - but it was a bog standard tube of shower gel. Hmmm.
Packaging aside, the only problem I have now is keeping it hidden when my mum drops round!
