PLANS have been lodged for a Lebanese/Syrian restaurant in the city's Saltmarket.
Beirut Sky Limited wanted to develop a unit which was previously a grocery shop and butcher.
The plans state that the restaurant, which would have an outdoor seating area, would open Monday to Thursday 9am to midnight, and Friday to Saturday, 9am to 2am.
Work has already started on the project after the owner was granted permission for a hot food carry out.
But now the organisation want to open a restaurant.
