THE Glasgow Markets are to move to a popular venue in the city’s East End.
Saint Luke’s & The Winged Ox are the new venue for the Independent, and Vintage & Flea Markets.
The markets launched in February, last year. Since then, there has been 17 markets to the people of Glasgow helping showcase over 250 small businesses. The Glasgow Vintage & Flea Market will be at the new venue on March 18. and the Glasgow Independent Market will operate at on April 15.
Kelly Conway, Founder of The Glasgow Markets, said: “I’m really excited about our new venture at Saint Lukes and I’m delighted at the new opportunity the space will bring. Both markets have grown significantly in the past year thanks to the support of the wonderful stallholders, the people of Glasgow and the Barras community.”
