A POPULAR Glasgow pub is having a viewing party for the Royal Wedding next month.
Sloans on Arygle Street are hosting the free event on Saturday, May 19 for those who did not get an official invite from the Royal couple Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The pair will have the eyes of the world on them on May 19 when they tie the knot at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.
The Rt Rev David Conner, Dean of Windsor, will conduct the service at the Castle's 15th century chapel.
At 1pm, the newlyweds will embark on a carriage procession along a route including Castle Hill, High Street, Sheet Street, Kings Road, Albert Road, Long Walk and finally Windsor Castle.
After the service, there will be a reception at St George's Hall for the couple and guests from the congregation.
Harry and Ms Markle will join their guests at the reception when they return from the carriage procession.
Later that evening, the Prince of Wales will give a private evening reception for the couple and their close friends and family.
You, however, can celebrate at Sloans who promise a party to remember which includes:
- Coverage across all the pub's screens from 10am including a screen in the courtyard and a giant screen in the Grand Ballroom
- Cocktails including the GINger Prince and Meghan Sparkle
- Wedding brunch and BBQ in the royal courtyard
- Cut outs of the happy couple for a bit of selfie action!
