A NUMBER of free guided bike rides are being orgainsed so people can visit some of Glasgow's most popular places on two wheels.
The Sky Ride Local is offering cylicsts of different ages and abilites several different routes across the city on the weekends of the June 8 and 15.
Chair of Glasgow Life and Executive Member for the Commonwealth Games, Councillor Archie Graham, said: "There has been a huge surge in interest in cycling in recent years thanks to the successes of stars such as Sir Chris Hoy and Sir Bradley Wiggins.
"British Cycling's Sky Ride events are a fantastic opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to get involved in cycling."
