I have done every diet there is. I walk a lot and I don't eat too much fat but nothing is working.
My family is prone to diabetes and cancer and I am worried.
LOSING weight is difficult and everyone finds it challenging. You could increase the amount of exercise you take by joining a group activity e.g. rambling group or keep fit class where you enjoy the company as well as benefiting health wise.
You could also speak to your dietician and this can be arranged by your GP.
It would be worth keeping a very accurate diary of all you eat every day for a week prior to seeing a dietician.
