A Glasgow shopping centre is hosting a special event for students. 

The Buchanan Galleries' will host a Student Night offering a host of exclusive discounts, fantastic freebies and some top notch entertainment to help get the weekend started.

Open from 7.30pm until 10pm on Friday, September 25, students will have plenty of time to enjoy discounts of up to 30 per cent off over 40 brands within the shopping centre.

With top high street brands like Levi’s, H&M, Hollister, Fred Perry and Warehouse offering exclusive discounts on the night, Buchanan Galleries is the place to start the new term for freshers and post grad students alike.

At this year's event, students can take part in styling sessions from Mango and Oasis to make the most of their new purchases on the night.  They can also visit the Levi’s Tailor Shop and customise their new clothes, just the way they want. Competitions and giveaways will be held throughout the evening and one lucky student could even walk (or drive) away with a brand new Fiat 500 car courtesy of G1. Students can also enjoy drinks from G1 throughout the night while enjoying some Sainsbury’s pizza and watching friends battle it out across the table tennis table.

Those looking to carry on partying are invited to the official after party at The Shimmy Club on Royal Exchange Square where they can dance the night away with free entry and £2 drinks until 3am.

A valid student card or offer letter will be required for entry and to claim discounts and those who preregister must bring their registration email to qualify for fast track access.  Alcohol will not be provided to any under 18s and proof of age must be shown.
