These days, most department stores hook up with designers to offer exclusive collections. One of the most intriguing recent collaborations has been Debenhams and Savannah Miller, sister of actress Sienna, and following a popular casual line last year, this creative partnership has moved into lingerie and sleepwear.
Launching next week in Glasgow, the range comprises a mix-and-match collection, marrying layers of fine fabrics, textures and prints with Savannah’s impressive attention to detail and fit. The feminine and contemporary range is full of vintage inspired silhouettes in a soft neutral colour palette of navy, blush pink, black and ivory as well as her signature star print.
Savannah, a fashion design graduate, says she’s excited about this latest venture. “I wanted to create a collection that felt effortlessly cool and elegant providing women with luxurious and beautiful lingerie that is still wearable and affordable,” she added.
The average price for the Nine by Savannah Miller lingerie and sleepwear collection is £20, with bras from £18.50 to £24, kimonos at £30 and £35 for sleep sets.
The collection is named after Savannah’s lucky number. It also relates to her daughters’ name, Lyra, a constellation that shines most brightly at 9pm.
