GREAT British Bake Off star Richard Burr has launched a search for Glasgow's perfect pudding.
The star baker has teamed up with the White Cart pub in Clarkston on the city's suburbs for a Proof Is In The Pudding competition which will see the winning pud put on a Chef & Brewer menu and made available in the chain's pubs throughout the UK.
Richard said: "We are on the look-out for pudding creations that are innovative, original and exciting."
