A Glasgow bar is ditching its burger menu for something new - and it's a secret.
Cocktail & Burger, on Sauchiehall Street, will serve their existing beefy menu until Saturday before closing down to reopen as a new brand.
The owners of the bar admit, "Burgered out? We are!" and hope to rebrand themselves as one of the following many options: a lobster bar, a chicken shop, a slow roast BBQ pit, a craft beer bar, a cool cafe, a super cocktail lounge, a hip bijou night club, an Italian Arancini bar, a cafe, a juice bar, Spanish wine and tapas bar, Indian tapas, an American style down and dirty dive bar, an intimate late Jazz venue, Chinese tapas or a pizzeria selling great beer.
The owners added: "Only one person knows. Watch this space this summer. Thanks to all the nice folk who visited. farewell to all our Burger & Cocktail friends."
The moves comes after the city welcomed a host of the new burger themed restaurants in St Vincent Street in recent months including Five Guys, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Handmade Burger Co.
