Gillian, Nichola and Linsey Reith opened Three Sisters Bake, a cafe in the Quarriers Village in 2011. And now they have compiled a cookbook full of seasonal recipes, cakes and sweet treats.
The book, called Delectable Recipes for Every Day, uses local produce and features recipes including chicken and ham hock pie as well as lime and courgette cake.
The sisters have also opened a cafe in Finlaystone Country Estate, Langbank, Renfrewshire. As well as cakes, a selection of ice creams and sundaes is available.
