Around £700,000 worth of drugs have been seized by police during an evening raid.
Officers found the stash of heroine and cocaine at a house on Glasgow's city centre around 7.15pm yesterday.
The property on St Mungo Place in Townhead, close to a primary school and Strathclyde University, was searched under warrant.
Heroin, worth an estimated street value of £665,000 and cocaine worth around £35,000 on the streets was recovered from the house.
A 48-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the find, and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
