TWO Glasgow chefs will represent Scotland at a prestigious cookery competition in London.
Zoltan Szobo, 28, senior sous chef at the Grand Central Hotel, and Jenna McFarlane, 20, first commis chef at The Corinthian Club, were winners in the Scottish leg of the Escoffier Challenge.
Zoltan won the professional category, while Jenna was best apprentice chef.
Both will now go on to compete in the national final.
The challenge, named after legendary French chef Auguste Escoffier, is run by the Association Culinaire Francaise, and is open to student and professional chefs and is designed to promote French food.
The final is on October 6.
