A RENOWNED brass band will help bring a feast of festive carols to Glasgow as part of a Christmas concert.
And Evening Times readers are being given the chance to win tickets for this year's annual Carol Concert at Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery.
We are giving away pairs of tickets to five lucky winners.
The event, held for the fourth consecutive year by Smooth Radio, will see the station host a night of festive music, carols and entertainment from some of the best performers in west Scotland.
This year the Kirkintilloch Band, one of Scotland's premier brass bands, will take to the stage.
The musicians will be joined by the Glasgow Phoenix Choir featuring a Mezzo Soprano and two boy Sopranos, as they help lead the audience in a singalong of carols.
A host of festive classics will be played, from O Come All Ye Faithful and Silent Night to Hark The Herald Angels and Jingle Bells.
Smooth Radio Breakfast hosts John McCauley and Sharon Oakley will host the concert, which has been a sell-out since it began.
DJ John called the evening a "real treat".
He said: "The Carol concert is such a lovely event, it's a pleasure to host every year.
"From live music to a good old singalong, it really puts you in the festive spirit.
"Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery provides a stunning setting for the evening.
"Anyone who is lucky enough to snap up a ticket, or win a pair with The Evening Times, is in for a real treat."
