PHOTOGRAPHY students Paisley's Reid Kerr College are exhibiting their work at Braehead Shopping Centre.

A selection of work produced by HND students is now on display in a converted shop 'gallery' in the mall.

Robert Tabor, head of photography, film and media at Reid Kerr, said: "We are delighted to be hosting the exhibition at this exciting venue.

"The standard of work is extremely high and the students have worked very hard to put together what will be a successful exhibition of work.

"Braehead has been incredibly supportive, allowing us to convert a shop into a fantastic gallery space. A big thank you must also go to Ikea and Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce who offered additional support helping to make this event a great success."

Braehead's marketing manager, Lydia Brown, said: "I've no doubt the photographic exhibition will be a popular attraction for shoppers.

"The exhibition is well worth a visit."

This year, the students have been involved in a variety of industry-led events and international trips, including a visit to Berlin, and have won a wide range of national competitions.

The HND students complete their course at Reid Kerr this month and this exhibition is a culmination of a lot of hard work and commitment over the past two years.

The exhibition is open to the public until July 17, seven days a week, Monday to Friday from 10am to 9pm, Saturday 9 to 6.30pm and Sunday 10am to 7pm.

'The Gallery' is on the first floor at Braehead Shopping Centre.
