No plans to sell stadium

Charles Green's plans for Rangers do not include the sale and leaseback of Ibrox and Murray Park, according to the Rangers Fans Fighting Fund (RFFF).

Mr Green's consortium were reported to be considering all options to protect their investment – including the sale and leaseback of the club's Govan stadium and training complex at Auchenhowie.

However, after a meeting with Mr Green, an RFFF spokesman said: "We secured a commitment that he will not be mortgaging nor disposing of any property.

"The club will not be required to pay any rental/leasing costs."
