A PROMISING young Scotland international rugby player has died in a car accident at the age of just 21.
Scottish Rugby paid tribute to Mitchell Todd, a former Scotland under-20 lock, who was at the start of a promising career.
Todd died in the car accident in south Nottinghamshire, on Wednesday.
