A PROGRAMME to help budding entrepreneurs set up business is celebrating the launch of its second Scots hub.
Not-for-profit initiative Entrepreneurial Spark offers free workspace, IT access and mentoring and advice from its headquarters, The Glasgow Hatchery, in the Gorbals.
And now it has an additional Ayrshire base, at businessman Sir Tom Hunter's private equity partnership, West Coast Capital, at the Olympic Business Park in Dundonald.
The operation will help launch potential local businesses with funding from The Hunter Foundation and all three Ayrshire Councils.
The Glasgow hub was launched last year, and invites up to 20 entrepreneurs to take part in a 16-week programme.
