Mr Murphy you don't half talk some rubbish,

Firstly you claim that the working class kids of Glasgow are being left behind by the SNP Scottish Government in Edinburgh. So is this a recent thing, because the Scottish Parliament was set up on May 12 1999 and the SNP have been in power since 2007, so by my reckoning Labour have been in power just as long as the SNP if not longer. Also Glasgow council has been run by Labour for more than 50 years, added to this Labour have been in power quite a few times. So historically Labour have done nothing for working class kids in Glasgow (and won't do anything in the future).

Secondly, you state that families in Easterhouse, Maryhill or Pollok know how to get someone into work just as good as a minister sitting in Edinburgh. Well based on this type of argument (local power) why didn't you campaign for independence, because a Westminster parliament is more remote to the above families than a Scottish one.

Answers on a postcard Jim.

Your recent pictures of the Concert Hall steps in summer shows just how dangerous they can be especially for those wishing to use them for their proper purpose because of the selfish attitude of those using them as seats who take great exception to moving and who also leave half eaten sandwiches, etc for anyone to slip on. If they are kept they should be closed off as an access point to the Concert Hall.

It's a shame that the Trading Standards Department has not named the brands that have been cloned.I was looking at a popular internet sales/auction site today for a new phone and was astounded at the thousands on sale for very low prices.

I think the only way to be 100% an item is genuine is to buy face to face in a reputable shop.

I have been taking part Marcothon running every day in December and I can honestly say it's the best thing I have ever done. The best thing about it, it doesn't cost me a penny for a fancy gym membership. No one could keep this up all year round, but if this was rolled out more it would certainly solve a lot of the city's health issues.
