Gers look to avoid further sanctions

RANGERS could accept a delayed transfer embargo in a bid to avoid further sanctions.

The Ibrox club appealed to the Court of Session after the SFA's judicial panel imposed a one-year ban on signing new players.

But it's understood Charles Green could accept the ban as long as it doesn't kick-in until the end of the current transfer window.
