13 arrested as Killers gig closes Summer Sessions

THIRTEEN people were arrested during the second and final Summer Sessions gig in Glasgow.

Police nabbed people for a range of minor offences at The Killers concert in Bellahouston Park on Tuesday.

Thousands of fans packd the South Side park to see the Las Vegas rockers play.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "We can confirm 13 arrests were made at The Killers concert at Bellahouston Park on Tuesday.

"They were all for minor public order and alcohol related offences."

The Evening Times told how 21 men and 10 women were arrested for a series of "minor public order offences" during DJ David Guetta's Summer Sessions gig on Saturday night.
