A HOTEL has become the first Renfrewshire business to become a major supporter of the Royal National Mòd in Paisley next year.
The Glynhill Hotel has agreed a package of support including £2000 in cash and additional in kind support.
The Royal National Mòd, the world-famous celebration of Gaelic culture and language, will visit Paisley for the first time in October.
Thousands of people are expected to visit the town to take part in it.
Glynhill Hotel managing director Maroulla Nicholas said: "We are delighted to be supporting this magnificent event. We are looking forward to being a part of it."
Ealasaid MacDonald, convener of Mòd Phàislig said: "The local organising committee has been working closely with the Glynhill Hotel, which has shown great commitment to the visit of the Mòd."
