ADVICE services are expecting to be inundated with calls for help when welfare reforms take effect this year.
Centres with advisers who are on hand to assist with appeals for help over benefits, debt and eviction fears say they are at "breaking point" as more people, many of whom are already sick, disabled or vulnerable, reach crisis levels.
