Oscar Pistorius, who is charged with shooting dead his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, has been given bail by a South African court.
Chief Magistrate Desmond Nair ruled Pistorius should be given bail as he does not perceive him to be a risk.
He also said that investigators had not shown that Pistorius had a propensity to commit violence.
He gave his ruling after four days of evidence at the bail hearing in Pretoria.
