LITTLE Alexander Evans was beaming with delight as he got to grips with some of the world's most famous landmarks.
The five-year-old from Paisley took his limited- edition gold Lego figure along to the launch of Brick City, a new exhibition made entirely of Lego to celebrate architecture.
Among the replicas created by artist Warren Elsmore for Paisley Museum, is Rome's Colosseum, the Las Vegas strip and the 2012 Olympic Park.
The exhibition also includes a model of London's St Pancras station, which is 5ft high and 12ft long, and contains 180,000 bricks.
From November 23, the public are being asked to help produce a version of Paisley town centre in Lego form.
The exhibition opens from today until February 16. Tickets cost £4 (£3), a family ticket is £12 and under threes go free.
