An Ayrshire bakery has scooped the title of World Scotch Pie Champion.
The owners of The Kandy Bar Bakery, in Saltcoats, are celebrating after beating about 100 other bakers and butchers in the annual contest.
The business also took home a silver prize for its apple tart and was awarded bronzes for its sausage roll, potato pie and macaroni pie at a ceremony in Dunfermline.
The competition, supported by Scottish Bakers and the Scottish Federation of Meat Traders, is now in its 15th year.
Stephen McAllister, right, of The Kandy Bar, said: "I am delighted. To have been given the ultimate accolade and to be able to call our pie the world champion is just fantastic.
"This award is proof that The Kandy Bar team are the best in the land.
"I am really looking forward to the year ahead and to selling more of our winning pies than ever."
Head judge Robert Ross said: "The competition aims to highlight that bakers and butchers create high-quality artisan pastry products.
"Recognising the great and the good in this way rewards excellence."
Alan Clarke, from Scottish Bakers, said: "We have brought together the best pies and baked goods in the land, and can celebrate the achievement of our hard-working butchers and bakers."
