A TEAM of four Glasgow-based filmmakers are set to showcase their work at an international festival.
The team at LifeUp Productions will travel to New Orleans in Louisiana on March 3 to attend the Filmapalooza film festival where their short film The Job will compete against other award-winning productions from 120 cities around the world.
The four-day festival will run from March 6-9 and is the international awards ceremony stage of the global film competition known as The 48 Hour Film Project.
The local team is made up of University of West of Scotland media theory and production students at Jon McFarlane, 27, Joseph Thomas, 27, and John McMurtrie, 27.
The LifeUp Productions team is completed by Glasgow School of Art architecture student Christopher Muir, 23, who is the producer and composer.
