A man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder following an alleged shooting last month.

Another man was taken to hospital with a suspected gunshot wound after an incident in Westmuir Street, in the east end of Glasgow, on Thursday, January 23.

Thomas Todd, 35, was charged with attempted murder when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court in connection with the incident.
