Hollywood actor Richard Dreyfuss will attend the UK premiere of his latest film later this month.
The star of Jaws and Mr Holland's Opus will walk the red carpet at a Glasgow Film Festival screening of road trip comedy Cas & Dylan, directed by Jason Priestley.
The Canadian-set film is the directorial debut for Priestley, who is best known for his role in 90s TV teen drama Beverly Hills 90210.
Oscar-winner Dreyfuss plays doctor Cas Pepper, a dying man who ends up on the road with a young woman played by Tatiana Maslany.
The Glasgow Film Festival runs from February 20 to March 2 and will also feature an appearance from director and Monty Python star Terry Gilliam.
Gilliam will attend the screening of his science fiction film The Zero Theorem, starring Christoph Waltz, Matt Damon and Tilda Swinton.
Under The Skin, by Sexy Beast director Jonathan Glazer and starring Scarlett Johansson, will close the festival.
The film about an alien preying on hitch-hikers is based on a Michael Faber novel and was partly shot in Glasgow.
Festival co-director Allan Hunter said: "We're really excited to be celebrating our tenth festival in such sterling company.
"We are delighted to add to our Oscar-winning guest list with both Richard Dreyfuss and (director) Roger Christian attending this year's festival and we're honoured to have original Python and visionary, Oscar-nominated film-maker Terry Gilliam attending.
"Actor Jason Priestley has quietly built an impressive directorial career in television over the past decade and his beautiful, touching feature debut Cas & Dylan is going to beguile a lot of people.
"Jonathan Glazer is one of the most exciting and versatile directors working today - to go from Sexy Beast to something as disturbing and distinctive as Under The Skin is a real achievement."
