THOUSANDS of pounds were raised for survivors and victims of the Clutha tragedy.

A host of high profile acts, including Alabama 3, Frightened Rabbit and The Begbies, performed at the Barrowlands as part of Saturday's benefit gig.

Clutha - a Celebration was held to recognise everyone affected by the helicopter crash.

One of the performers at the benefit gig, Scott Peden, announced on stage that the all-day fundraiser had raised £15,000.

Ten people died after a helicopter crashed through the roof of the Clutha Vaults on November 29 last year.

An accident report, published on Friday, found that both engines on the aircraft had failed.
