CELTIC stars swapped football boots for flippers as they launched a charity drive.

Scott Brown, Anthony Stokes and Leigh Griffiths are all backing this year's Sainbury's Sport Relief - and they have urged others to do the same.

The trio were joined by Glasgow-based charity Scottish Sports Futures at Celtic's training ground in Lennoxtown for the campaign launch.

The charity, which delivers education through sports programmes to disadvantaged young people in the East End, was one of the projects to benefit from Sport Relief funding in 2012.

This year members of the public can sign up to take part in one of the events happening across Glasgow and the rest of the country.

They can choose to run, swim or cycle during the weekend of March 21.

All the money raised during the Sport Relief Games will help people living in the Third World, as well as communities across the UK.

To help motivate the nation there are a host of famous faces from the world of entertainment and sport taking part in the Games.

Celebrities including Davina McCall, Denise van Outen, Ricky Hatton, Ben Fogle and Gaby Roslin have all signed up to the Games.

Budding fundraisers can go to www.sportrelief.com to find local events.
