HOTEL occupancy in Glasgow has broken records for the eighth month in a row.
The city's hotel sector enjoyed a promising start to 2014 after recording its strongest ever January.
The LJ Forecaster report, from tourism market research specialists LJ Research, shows that occupancy in the city averaged 65% last month.
It was the eighth consecutive month of record-breaking occupancy, kick-starting a bumper year with events such as the Commonwealth Games to come.
