A MAN has been taken to hospital after being hit by a lorry in Glasgow.
The incident happened at 2.30pm this afternoon on Garscube Road in the north of the city.
The injured man was rushed to the Southern General hospital for treatment.
His condition is not yet known but it is understood and Emergency Medical Response team, including a consultant, attended the accident.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland was unable to confirm the man's age.
She said: "Police are still at the scene."
