A CHARITY that supports homeless people is asking Glasgow residents to give up their beds and sleep outside for a night.
People of all ages are being urged to sleep rough later this month as part of a national campaign to tackle poverty.
The Bethany Big Sleepout takes place on March 21 in George Square at the City Chambers.
The Bethany Christian Trust is trying to raise money for vulnerable people with housing difficulties who also may have health problems, debt difficulties and addictions.
Shirley Berry, the organiser of the Big Sleepout, has been working with people in crisis since 2005.
