Every effort is being made to ensure Scotland's new tax collection authority will be "intolerant" of evaders, says Finance Secretary John Swinney.
Revenue Scotland will be set up as a Scottish equivalent of HMRC to collect devolved taxes including the Land and Buildings Transition Tax.
