A SENIOR Labour MP has suggested the "poor" have the most to lose in the event of a Yes vote in the referendum.
Speaking in Glasgow today, Jim Murphy, left, will claim First Minister Alex Salmond has turned his back on working families.
Polls suggest lower earners are more likely to vote for independence than the more affluent.
Scotland's Youth Employment Minister Angela Constance said: "This is a deeply hypocritical speech from someone who failed to show up when the SNP tried to stop the Tories abolishing the 50 tax rate."
