Scottish Water is advising customers of a temporary road closure in Gordon Street.
Engineers will be working to repair damage to a waste water pipe in Gordon Street.
This will require a section of Gordon Street to be closed from its junction with Union Street to its junction with West Nile Street untill March 28.
A one-way traffic system on West Nile Street from St Vincent Street to Gordon Street, and a local diversion, will be in operation.
A spokesman for Scottish Water said: "We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused and thank affected road-users for their patience and understanding."
