POLICE are continuing to probe the death of a 10-year-old boy in Glasgow.
Billy Hughes was playing on a swing outside his house on Balveny Street, Garthamlock, on Monday night but fell unconscious after becoming entangled.
The schoolboy was taken to Yorkhill Hospital after his parents frantically dialled 999 but could not be saved.
Close friends and family have paid tribute to the youngster on social media.
Police Scotland confirmed a post-mortem examination will be carried out.
