A SERIES of meetings has been planned to tell people living or working near Commonwealth Games venues how they will be affected.

They will offer information on the changes they can expect, how to prepare for alterations to daily routines and how to ensure they get involved.

The 10 events for local people and business all run from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, with a short presentation at 6pm, followed by a question-and-answer session.

People who want to attend are being asked to go to at www.getreadyglasgow.com for further information.

The Games will change how the city functions and operates for their duration and Get Ready Glasgow is the campaign to help people across Glasgow plan for that.

The www.getreadyglasgow.com. website will have the most up to date information.
