A SHERIFF will decide if DJ Suzie McGuire's psychiatric report will be given to her husband's defence lawyer.
Derek Mitchell is alleged to have assaulted his wife - whose married name is Susan Mitchell - in a string of attacks between December 24, 2009 and October 2013.
The 35-year-old appeared in the dock yesterday for a pre-trial hearing at Paisley Sheriff Court. A request was made that he have a copy of Ms McGuire's psychiatric report.
Sheriff Seith Ireland continued the case until next week when he will make his decision. Mitchell had his bail continued.
