A portrait by one of Scotland's most talented artists of the mid 20th Century has been offered for sale by the artist's great nephew.
The pastel by Robert MacBryde (1913-1966), which shows the artist's 12-year-old sister, Jessie, as she was dying of TB in a hospital in Ayrshire, will feature in The Scottish Pictures Auction at McTear's in Glasgow on Thursday.
