A POWERFUL play depicting the realities of a family caring for a loved one with dementia is to be made into a short film.
The acclaimed production, The Quiet Riot, was written by Hamilton playwright Maggie Aitken after extensive research, which included visiting dozens of people living with the condition and their carers across Scotland.
Her aim was to create greater understanding and empathy of the impact of dementia.
