SCOTS actor Sam Heughan, who will star in the eagerly-awaited American fantasy show Outlander, has thrown his weight behind a Yes vote in September's independence referendum.
Heughan, 34, from New Galloway, says he would be thrilled to live in a Scotland 'taking its future into its own hands'.
